Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is the anticipated timeline for Study execution?

The study will be carried out in accordance with the dates that are mutually agreed upon.

The anticipated duration of the school study is approximately 2 working days, but adjustments or extensions can be considered based on specific needs, with potential commercial implications.
The study will encompass several components, including on-campus observations, stakeholder interactions, and a review of documentation.
Sportz Village Advisory will designate an experienced specialist in School programs to lead and conduct the study.
While acknowledging that a significant portion of Sportz Village knowledge stems from its EduSports program, the Advisory vertical will maintain neutrality, refraining from any intent to promote or upsell the EduSports program. The report will not include recommendations for the EduSports program. Our overarching mission is to get 100 million children to play. The Advisory serves as a means to extend our impact, fostering a “ripple effect”.
The fee is intended to cover only the essential expenses incurred by Sportz Village Advisory in conducting the study and preparing the report.
Potential additional expenses may arise only if there is a change in scope of the study/ problem statement or additional time investment required to conduct the study.
Usually, the report is expected to be submitted approximately 10 days after the completion of the study.
All data gathered during the study will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any external parties or even the internal EduSports team, unless specifically requested by the school.

In response to the initially identified problem statement, Sportz Village Advisory will provide recommendations for potential solutions, encompassing both short-term and long-term strategies, to address concerns and enhance the quality of the Sports Program at the school.

Advisory support is beneficial for schools, whether they are established, in the startup phase, or in the design stage, helping them achieve their sports goals. However, its value may be limited for standalone play schools.
We will furnish a checklist of documents to be arranged and specify various stakeholders to interact with. It is expected that the school ensures the availability of the relevant stakeholders and documents as per the provided guidelines. The study days should align with the regular schedule of sports classes at the school.
